- Once your payment is confirmed, your ready-made files will be available for download.
- If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on our store, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.
- There are no limits on when or how many times you can download your files. They will always be accessible on your Purchases page unless the transaction has been canceled or removed.
- If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will appear grayed out.

In the event that you're experiencing difficulties with downloads, the problem may be:

- Where to find the download: The type of file you'll be downloading is listed under the Highlights section of the product listing. If you're having trouble opening it, make sure you have the appropriate program to open that file type.
Refunds
We believe in the quality of our digital products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.
